Knox Box Information

1. Please click here for a letter from Fire Official James Carbin explaining the requirements for Knox Box installation of your business.  Also included is a copy of both the Fire Code of the State of N.J. and the Monroe Township Ordinances regarding Knox Boxes being required.
2. Please click here for a current 2011 price list of Knox Boxes.
3. YOU MUST OBTAIN A KNOX BOX FORM FOR THE CURRENT YEAR DIRECTLY FROM MONROE TOWNSHIP FIRE DISTRICT #2.
4. Completed forms must be returned with payment to the fire station at 10 Halsey Reed Road.
   

REMEMBER!  DO NOT MAIL THE COMPLETED FORM TO KNOX BOX.

NJ State Life Hazard Use Registration

Owners of possible Life Hazard Use businesses must complete and file this form in accordance with the Uniform Fire Safety Act (N.J.A.C. 52:27D-192 et seq.). Failure to do so may result in a penalty of up to $1,000.00.
